Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with CloneAnyWeb. This refund policy outlines your rights when purchasing any future paid plans (subscriptions or one‑time payments). Currently, all features are free, but this page will apply once we introduce paid tiers.

Note: As of today, CloneAnyWeb is completely free. This policy is prepared for when paid plans become available.

1. Subscription plans (monthly/yearly)

If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase and receive a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds are given for the current billing period, but you may cancel to avoid future charges.

2. One‑time purchases (e.g., credits packs)

One‑time purchases of usage credits are non‑refundable once the credits have been used. Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, minus a 5% transaction fee.

3. How to request a refund

Email us at billing@cloneanyweb.site with your Google account email and order details. We’ll process your refund within 7 business days. The money will be returned to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

Refunds are not granted for abuse of the service (e.g., excessive automated fetching) or violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraudulent activity.

5. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback without first contacting us, we may permanently suspend your account. Please reach out first — we’re reasonable.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy. Any changes will be posted here with an updated revision date.
